"Rooms visually were nice looking clean large, beds were nice. Issue the windows were not sealed correct so you could hear people and cars in the street through out the night as well as extremely cold. The showers were broken as well hot and scolding hot literally no cold water or anything in between"

"The hotel was lovely! The room was clean and spacious! The location was good and we were able to walk around the city with ease. The front desk staff was really helpful and accommodating. There is no hotel parking, if you have a rental car you will need to park in the car park about 2-3 blocks away and walk with your luggage. The cost for parking was a bit costly. However, I would stay at this hotel again."

"Was a great stay. Staff were great and a nice pub in the lobby"

"Very convenient as close to Cork station. Easy 5-10 minute walk into city centre. Hotel all good and very well presented."

"The staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The bartenders were very helpful with local information. The rooms were clean. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The staff were super helpful and can not fault them at all. The only negative would be the air conditioning in the room. We were unable to turn down the temperature and the room got very hot"

"There was a wedding the second night we stayed so it was really loud and the hotel management didn't seem to care about th disturbance. The hotel itself and the restaurant was lovely, we just happened to stay at the wrong time. I'd stay there again and hope for the best."

"Hotel is very conveniently located within the city of Cork. Clean, comfortable beds with great free parking and friendly staff. Hotel does not offer breakfast but I didn't want or need it. This is my favorite place to stay in Cork"

"The location was amazing, and the room was very spacious! However, the biggest disappointment was the lack of storage, especially for a longer stay. With only a few hangers, a tiny hanging rack, and two small shelves, we had nowhere to put our clothes, which was frustrating given the size of the room. The complimentary laundry was wonderful, the gym was great, and the front desk staff were consistently lovely, always greeting us with a smile. We also appreciated the discounted parking across...

"The hotel was very central for our short stay. It was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed. Rooms were spacious and clean . Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was ok if you just wanted cereal and toast. Hot breakfast was sadly...not hot bearly lukewarm. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Full disclosure- we booked this hotel specifically because a gym was listed as an amenity, and was in the photos of the property. We inquired upon checkin where the gym was, only to learn that there is no gym onsite- it’s actually a 15 minute walk away in a separate building and an additional daily charge to use it. Had we known this, especially given the price we paid, we would have booked somewhere else. Extremely disappointed and misled by the posting on Expedia. Gym aside, the hotel was well...
