"This hotel was perfect for a one night stay. The shuttle was easy, you call on arrival. The lady who picked us up was friendly and full of knowledgble for food options. There is a jack in the box right next door along with a Mexican food truck and a gas station. There is a Tim Hortons within a 5 min walk. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had was with the TV and cutting in and out of service."

"Great place to stay"

"The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was also nice. The downside was their hot water was not hot. They tried telling us that was as hot as it was going to get. There is no way it was over 78 degrees. It was cold. They moved us after night one due to the water issue. Had a luke warm shower. Last morning had another luke warm shower. The elevator was also out of order the majority of our second day. I get that things happen, but it was a bit ridiculous. The carpet was worn and had a hole in our room. The tiles in the shower were coming apart. Housekeeping staff was great. The shower issue is what made it a bad stay."

"Avoid at all costs. Not only is the hotel in terrible condition, but the “staff” is even worse. I am confident that the “staff” actually own and operate the hotel. They have zero experience with customer care, and are extremely rude. "

"The staff members were incredibly sweet, but sadly the rooms left more to be desired. The rooms were definitely dated, the tv didn’t work in my first room and once I was moved to another one my comforter had stains on them, and the towels had red mold on there as well. The snack shop was awesome to have. Overall, it was alright for a weekend work trip but I probably won’t come back."

"Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect."
