"The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the lights in the room did not work, the smell in the hallways was horrible! There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. The gal at the front desk was very nice and tried to find another room that was comparable, but those rooms also had issues with lights not working. She agreed to cancel our reservation with no penalty. The rooms are not as nice as they look in the pictures! The property is very old and not well maintained."

"Room was hot. The AC stopped working and there was no maintenance staff on site. Also not a safe enough area to open a window. Check in host also announced my room # with a lobby full of guests. Extremely uncomfortable. "

"Property looks a little run down from the outside, but rooms were clean. Some of the furnishings are a little worse for wear but room was comfortable. Very short handed for cleaning staff so check in was delayed but staff was very apologetic and pulled me to the front of the line because I had been waiting a couple of hours. Very accommodating putting in a room close to the lobby. Biggest complaint was the noise.... not normal lobby noise, but kids playing in the hall, TVs up too loud, loud talking etc. Definitely more family oriented than solo traveler."

"Finally under new management!! We had refused to go back to that hotel when it was under the old management. Now, the staff is kind and helpful. During any change over damages are expected and our room had some that were in process of being repaired. In addition to the amazing staff, the rooms were very clean and breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely return."
