The room was silent and nice in the middle of the Xantolo fiesta ehich is gorgeous. The attention was good and polite. The bed and towels were perfect.

Great location just walking distance from main plaza and Cathedral, market and many shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean but the best for me was how well I was able to sleep! No lights of any kind, no weird noises, no mosquitoes and a nice fan facilitated good rest! Much better than in any other hotel with even higher number of stars. Hotel Oviedo was the perfect restful place in Huejutla.

It was within walking distance of the main zocalo, church, and activities. The wifi didn't extend to all rooms, There was no heat for cold nights. The staff was kind and helpful, but you must speak Spanish. Partiers stayed up late right outside our rooms. otherwise it was fine

Some rooms remodeled

Front desk people were very helpful. Room was recently remodeled (second floor). First floor rooms are not remodeled yet and are more basic. Hot water shower and comfy beds.

They need just more parking it’s not convenient to keep moving the cars inside yourself any moment of the day!

We coming to hotel the A/C was not working good and water star to out from the A/C we call infront desk and they just coming to mop and the water still out in the room rooms need to be updated 🙃 we live before the time to out because was unconformable sorry

El personal súper atento, con excelente disposición y súper amables. La habitación cuenta con lo necesario, el Aire acondicionado es muy viejo y muy ruidoso y por el lugar en donde está ubicado no es muy agradable dormir muy cerca del mismo. La regadera igual estaba muy llena de sarro y casi no salía agua. E insisto en la amabilidad del personal, debido a eso nos cambiaron de habitación y si estuvo un poco mejor pero eso se debió de checar con anticipación a nuestra llegada. El estacionamiento es muy amplio solo se tiene que llegar temprano y estacionarse bien para tener un espacio adentro. Nuestro vehículo es grande y el último día nos tocó afuera porque un vehículo adentro no se estacionó bien y no cupimos. Pero afuera también hay lugar y no tuvimos problema alguno.

El hotel tiene una excelente localizacion, llegas en 5 min al parque central, y alrededores importantes, por esta razon lo podria volver a contratar. Sin embargo el servicio de limpieza es suficiente pero hace falta limpieza profunda, los cuartos huelen humedas y el repello de los cuartas se esta cayendo, las cortinas son viejitas y no alcanzan a cubrir para dar privacidad, el muchacho que nos hizo el check in fue inapropiado en sus comentarios, que aunque no falto el respeto sus respuestas fueron poco cortes. El hotel se esta deteriorando y hace falta mucho mantenimiento y mejorar la estetica y cuidado. Tengo que decir que tener estacionamiento es una gran gran ventaja, ideal si pasaras Xantolo ahi como nosotros. Esta bien pero no esperen mucho del hotel.
