I appreciated the phone call asking if a suite was ok for us, as we had booked a double Queen. Fun little upgrade for us as we were there for a hockey tournament, the girls really enjoyed the in room hot tub and king size bed. Was nice for them to have their space in the separate bedroom and for me to have soace also. Very nice room and breakfast options

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices, including hot food. Microwave did not work, but we didn't realize it until the morning we were leaving. Fireplace in room did not work, either.

The beds looked already slept in There was no fan in the bathroom The vanity was not big enough to put any of your bathroom supplies The windows were dirty, coming into the hotel the first thing you noticed was the dirty windows on the doors The breakfast was minimal nothing special The lobby is very small, the arms of the chairs were covered with dust, needed to be vacuumed The bathroom floor was not clean The pool was nice The staff was nice Convenient location near McDonalds, Subway, DQ, etc. within short walking distance
