"The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. The hot tub was so nice after whole day of biking. The ice cream that the owner made was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in this...
"Amazing ambience, lovely scenery upon the bank of Hudson. Easy drive to Hudson and Bard College. The only thing to mentally prepare for is that life is not as fast paced as NYC. Go with the flow and be nice to the staff because during high season they take care of lots of people without up staffing. "

"Chatham Travel lodge was well situated for our trip further north. The area is beautiful. The town of Chatham is close by with restaurants and shopping. The guests in the room above us were noisy for a while, but not after 10 pm. The lodge is old, but the room was clean and perfect for a one night stopover."

The bathroom nerd renovation but again, was clean.
The front desk gentleman at check-in was awesome, very friendly and upbeat.
This is your basic Roadside Motel, there are eateries and fuel literally right down the road, and very convenient to I-90, right off Route 22.
I intend on using this Motel again when up there!
