"I stayed at Residency N7 while visiting Berlin for InnoTrans, and the location was absolutely perfect. The hotel was only two train stops away from the event, which made getting there incredibly convenient! It’s also within walking distance of great restaurants and plenty of shops, so everything I needed was close by. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. I would definitely stay at Residency N7 again and highly recommend it!"

"Clean comfortable nice staff "

"Perfectly situated for the metro, clean large rooms with air con which was a welcome bonus. We didnt eat at the hotel, we had a busy few days. Hotel was clean and quiet and the staff very friendly."

"The hotel's location was perfect for our four-day stay. It is well connected to the S-Bahn and close to lots of independent cafes, bars, and local shops. The building's architecture is stunning, and the breakfast room was lovely to sit in as I started the day. We would stay again. "

"This is located in a great part of Berlin. The property is very clean and nice. Small room but just what a solo traveller needs - a shower and comfortable bed."

"Staff were brilliant really friendly and helpful. Ideally located for easy access to transport to get in and around berlin."

"Location is great for vegan restaurants . No air conditioning, no ventilation . Caution in warmer months. No luggage bench for medium sized bag. Nice bathroom but poorly draining shower/tub. Recommend for transit access and local (within 5 min walking distance)restaurants."
