I didn't have breakfast so I can't rate it. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries, staff were all very friendly and gave me travel recommendations. Area was nice and quiet. Wifi was a little patchy but overall I was happy with everything, it was good value and if in Berlin in the future, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

We checked in on September 4 at midnight. We paid the city tax and received our key room. The first disappointment was that the room key didn’t work. It didn’t open the door. We went back and forth to the reception to make it work. Unfortunately the reception said that the machine has something wrong. He kept trying for almost 45 minutes until he was able to make it work. No body even apologized for what happened. The second disappointment was that the room wasn’t what we asked for (0ne queen bed and one sofa bed). We had to separate the two small single bed away from each other and we went to sleep. The third disappointment was after we checked out. The receptionist followed us out side and said that we didn’t pay the city tax. We told him that we paid the city tax. He asked for a proof. Unfortunately at that moment we couldn’t find the receipt, so we went through our payment through our phone and showed him the payment. Then we found the receipt so I walked back to the reception to show it to him. I had my forth disappointment I was surprised that he was asking us now to pay for the breakfast. He said we didn’t pay for the breakfast. I told him that we prepaid Expedia for 3 nights including breakfast for two. I showed him the receipt. He kept quiet and didn’t even apologize for his improper behavior and treatment. Unfortunately We had a terrible experience in this hotel.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück mit gut sortiertem Buffet und frischem Obst. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Hotel eigene Parkplätze (5 Stück) stehen zur Verfügung, können aber nur direkt vor Ort gebucht werden.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten in der 7. Etage. Das war nicht schön. Eher wie in einer Jugendherberge. Der Lüfter im Bad war unfassbar laut und die Wassertemperatur lies nicht regulieren. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann aber ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die Dame im Frühstücksservice war sehr freundlich. Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und war lecker.
