It is rustic and charming. Does not provide modern amenities such as soft shower towels, no phone in room to communicate to front desk, no WI-FI included, no iron board available, or iron boards with irons in room and room lighting after hours is low. We were there for a wedding in a separate hotel so some these items were necessary for us to prepare for the event.

The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

El lugar es muy bonito e interesante por lo que en algún momento se vivió allí, sin embargo, las instalaciones se han quedado atrapadas en el tiempo, lucen viejas, algunas (como la alberca) descuidada no puedes ni meterte, y es lo que te hace evaluar costo beneficio entre lo que paga y te dan. El servicio del restaurant si bien el sabor es bueno, el costo es un tanto excesivo. Considerar que por el ambiente boscoso y lo antiguo de las instlciones hay mucho insecto. Las actividades de recorrido, teatro, arquería sin duda valen mucho la pena.

La Hacienda es agradable, sin embargo necesita mantenimiento, el cual vimos que ya se lo estan dando y eso es bueno. Rehicieron el restaurante donde se desayuna y esta muy agradable y bueno. Regresaremos en otra ocasion.

El hotel esta en las ruinas de una Ex Hacienda, esta hermoso. Excelente para tomarse fotografías. El personal muy amable, la habitación cómoda. Me gustó mucho.
