"すごく清潔で素敵でした"

"Hotel is nice. Breakfast could be better. Kevin was very helpful. Arranged for car from airport. Spoke good English. Would stay again. "

"The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids."
