The pool was excellent although the sun only hit it for a couple of hours each afternoon so lying by the pool wasn't really an option. Location is well south of the centre of Hua Hin however there's a songthaew service only 5 minutes walk away from the property and that can take you as far as the airport for between 10 & 20 baht, so as long as you don't mind a 15-20 minute journey to the centre it's fine. The room I had was shabby at best. Kitchen units looked old and battered, shower attachment and basket shelf needed replaced as both were rusty. Walls needed redecorated - marks everywhere, and the although advertised, there were NO tv channels available. All in all I was pretty disappointed with this place, so much so I left early and wasn't given any sort of refund which was also disappointing. Won't be back.

The accommodation is good, ikea type furniture, a microwave, hob and fridge freezer provide for the necessities. The disappointment for me was that there were six su Lou gets and eight wooden chairs for 70/80 guest rooms. This is totally inadequate and not the impressiongiven by the photographs on Hotels.com site.

Nice place
We enjoy our staying at First Choice. Nice apartment, Clean and comfortable. It is a bit far from down town HH, but is easy to take transportation. The beach around it is not amazing, but is a relaxing environment. Very good at all.

Lovely staff
Lovely staff. Nice big pool. Building work going on near by. Cleaner only once a week. Was not shown our apartment so got lost after 16 hours traveling. Says fresh water every day for your suit, we received only 2 bottles. No bar or food inside. Only toilets. Security guards are friendly and so are the people we came across. No fresh towels during the stay. Don't forget to buy your toilet rolls as they are not provided. Overall nice suit. Could do with air con in the lobby and the stain removed from the carpet.

Check in was fast and easy, even though I was unable to speak thai and staff did not speak English. Will have to change that or my next visit. This hotel was located near the south end of town, only a quarter mile or so from the baht bus depot, and about 3 or 4 miles south of the downtown area, which made it convenient yet out of the way at the same time. Lots of small restaurants and other small conveniences within 4 blocks of the main entrance.

Ok ok stay
was the last minute booking - as changing trip for Thai New Year Nonetheless the price is ok for the what it offers - location is far from city centre - but that's ok as - it's relatively peaceful hotel to stay - quite difficult if you do not have car to commute Room is very new and very clean - room is very decent size - good stay overall Service is ok ok - the staff is very slow to let us in the room - and not very professional

great apartment close to beach and amenities..
a really great location for beach for a relaxing time, travel into Hua Hin town excellent with local buses and taxi service when looking for evening entertainment and night market..overall the apartment had everything that you could need...would have liked a bit bigger balcony but that is a minor detail...would recommend

Spacious but lack of what other hotels can offer
Its more of a 2-bedroom condo rather than a hotel, so there isn't daily housekeeping services. The aircon in both bedrooms wasn't cooling enough, and there was a weird smell coming from the corridor. As the place is rather inaccessible to the town area, we would expect free shuttle services to and fro the hotel to major tourist spots like the night market, the bus station and Cicada Market. These are pretty near the accommodation, even though not quite within waling distance. However, the hotel people did offer to pick us up from the night market, with a flat rate charge of 150baht. This is what we can also get by flagging down a cab or tuk-tuk by the roadside. Thus, we were quite shocked when the lady actually asked us for payment after picking us and sending us back to the accom. Just sharing this, so that others can have an idea... never agree to any help without asking if it's offered free.

Relaxing and Clean hotel! pics are accurate!
I stayed at First Choice Suites for 7 nights during my solo backpacking trip through Thailand. This is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle in Bangkok. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had a great space for living. There are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance, and you are just a block away from the warm ocean! I would definitely stay here again!

This suit was just outside of town, near a great beach and lots of food and drink places. The suites are amazing with everything you need in a apartment. Guest Manger Nok was really amazing with everything we need. Will be back again and will tell friends and family about this place. Perfect for a holiday.

Excellent condo 5 mins walk from a beach.
3 of us stayed here for 3 days and were impressed by the size and standard of the rooms. Lots of things like shampoo, tissues, etc were supplied. Highly recommended.

The first choice suit are a great place to stay with family . Everything is clean and many families are here with their kids , so no boring times if you have a kid .

For the price and what you get it's a nice deal. The rooms are same like shown on the pictures. The kitchen is great and room are clean. Unfortunately the cleaners seem to clean the rooms once a week (it's written anywhere in the booking ) but they don't give new clean towels if yo stay 3 /4/5 Nights Even if they clean the nearby Rooms . So no Toilette paper either. Family market and food restaurants nearby . Use green bahtbus for 10baht each till Khao Takiab (end Station) and the walk 5 minutes to the apartment .

Überrasch
Dachte, dass ich mit dem schlimmesten rechnen muss. War dann angenehmt überrascht. Das Zimmer war klein aber schön. Hatte alles was man braucht. Doppelbett, Fernseher, Bad und eine kleine Küche. Kein Frühstück aber das braucht man in Thailand auch nicht wirklich. Gegenüber befinde sich gleich eine Supermarket und genügend Restaurant in der Nähe. Also entweder was kaufen und selber versorgen oder raus gehen. Einziges negative war, dass wir es nicht auf Anhieb gefunden haben. Vtl habe ich es übersehen, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass ich nirgens davon gelesen habe, dass ich statt nach First Choice eher nach „ Baan pleang pleon“ suchen müsste. Nach dem Telefonat mit der Mitarbeiterin von der „ First Choice Firma“ hat man uns dann aufgeklärt, dass die Zimmer bei Baan pleang pleon ist. Das Gebäude ist eig ein condo/ Apartment. First Choice hat dort paar Zimmern gemietet oder gekauft genau weiß ich nicht :-). Oh und dadurch, dass es kein Hotel ist wird das Zimmer nur 1x in der Woche gereinigt. Das heiß, dass man nach der erste Nacht am besten selber putzen sollte. Aber für den Preis immer wieder.
