"Helpful staff, clean room, charming"

"Room had odor, asked to re clean room and change sheets. Took half a day and another trip to front desk for it to happen. Shower head continues to leak when using tub. "

"My room had a burn mark on the counter, the fan vent was falling off, the lights flickered in the bathroom when turning off, and I think there was mold growing in the air conditioner. The highway made the room super loud on top of the noise coming from inside the hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was really friendly. The surrounding area was useful, meaning shopping was nearby and eateries. The rooms were clean, except the body wash was empty. But I bought my own, just in case. The area was quiet. I like it most because, it was near my son's residential rehab facility in Anna, so I was really happy about that. Because, in past I stayed in Allen or Mckinney or with an relative in Allen. I will stay there again and maybe try the breakfast next time."
