"Highly recommend: Had a really great stay for 3 nights last week. One week prior I had stayed one night but I had an issue but to my surprise, a few days later, I had a very nice professional email from Mark the GM who smoothed it out. I believe he was the GM at Ivy for a while, which speaks volumes, as it’s certainly one of the best hotels in Minneapolis. I also had a lot of great service from J at the front desk who made sure I had a great room. The room was super nice, great view, clean, and had high ceilings and nicely sized bathroom. Will not hesitate to book there again."

"Check in was easy on Friday. 1st night noticed the sink was very slow to drain. 2nd night at 1:40am we were woken up by a knock at the door & a phone call with no one on the line. My husband answered the door to a gentleman who did not introduce himself & “asked if this room was vacant. No one is supposed to be in this room.” It was hard to understand him because he was speaking so fast & had a heavy accent. My husband assured him we checked in Friday & leaving Monday. Gave him our last name for verification and all he said was sorry…again at 1:40 am. Unbelievable!"

"Beautiful boutique hotel in in Minneapolis. Clean. Helpful staff. Delicious food at the restaurant onsite. I parked at the Capella Tower. Make sure to have the hotel staff validate the parking ticket. This will reduce the cost to $20 per day. Because of it's location in the financial district, the streets will be busy until dinner time. Be aware of frequent ambulance sirens given the proximity to major hospitals. Walking distance to major attractions. On-site gym was nice."

"Staff were AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, I felt like we were royalty when my friend and I checked in….i loved the open air bar, it was a beautiful night and we really enjoyed the evening. Hot tub was , yes, a relaxing time! The only complaint 😬 was, the bed felt it was old and could feel some springs…otherwise lovely hotel."

"Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux. We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast."
