Rooms are cramped

Room felt a little bit cramped and this place has so many rooms that if they put you at the back of the hotel when you check in you have quite a nice walk to get to your room from the lobby. The breakfast was pretty good though. Staff was very friendly.

The water tastes terrible, there is no water pressure in the shower, and the A/C did not cool the room properly. Staff is very nice and for the most part it is pretty clean. I like staying there because of the area and convenience, but may have to look elsewhere next time.

Neat hotel

The room overall was clean, but there were no slippers provided in the rooms. Also, there was no hand-held showerhead in the shower. Breakfast was good. However, I booked through another travel site and they didn't provide a receipt at the property, which was inconvenient. I still haven't received it. I would appreciate it if they could email me the receipt after checking.

Wanna get away….

I would say this is one of the best hotels I’ve lodged at. I needed a staycation and I got this place. 1. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. She was very attentive and pleasant to speak with. 2. The room was clean, cool and the bed was comfortable and that pillow was a heaven sent; they only use dove products in the bathroom and sink area. I will have to purchase something like that for my room. 3. The property was quiet and peaceful no noisy neighbors or hallway noise. 4. The breakfast was divine I was confused on where to start lol. They also had a smoothie station too cause that surprised the heck out of me lol very cool. 5. The room was furnished with cups, plates, wine glasses, pots and pans, cooking spoons, forks, spoons, knives, chopping board, dishwashing soap, cleaning towels, a full size fridge and dishwasher and a mini cooktop. My only con about this place was that the lotion in the room wasn’t lotion I think it contains soap not lotion. Forgot to tell them about that at check out.

Always stay at this fine establishment when visiting the grandkid. It's extremely well managed, super clean along with warm and comfortable rooms, along with a very impressive buffet breakfast.
