"This is a hidden gem!! Love this place close to food, close to downtown yet far away enough. So clean, a lot of amenities and great location."

"We had to be move 3 times. The sink was stopped up, toilet would not flush, the pool was green, no tissue paper in room and house keeping didn’t clean the room. Breakfast was only cold boil eggs and oatmeal. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"GREAT staff. Super kind, helpful and accommodating with a request for early breakfast items for my daughter who had a very early powerlifting meet. Pool looked nice. Room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. We ended up here for 2 days of our 3 day stay after an extremely bad situation at a different hotel. I wish we could have stayed the whole time but they were booked our last night. We had to be in Kenner for our event but I will stay here if I am ever in NOLA again."

"I did not go to the casino. The hotel on the other hand, was the worst. A lack of amenities, unexpected fees, and no service once checked in. If you need anything for the room you had to call the front desk."

"The hotel was fine. A little dated and not my style but we were just there for a night. The A/C in our room was not working-the front desk moved us and the second room was better but still very humid in the rooms. Beds were squishy. Hotel housekeeping is *absolutely* not what is used to be. We found a full sized bath towel under the bed in room one and the personal coffee pot still had pods in it. Floors had not been swept well. We selected for location and were super last minute so this worked."

"I was very unimpressed with my stay here. The room was dirty around the bed area. They had a cigarette butt by my on the side of the bed. They had the ceiling look like it was about. It was bubbling up. It was about caving vent on the vents on the wall by the in the bathroom, they were like hanging I was locked out of my room for a couple of hours."
