We stay here at least once a year and we love it! The rooms are clean, and it is conveniently located to all of the shops and restaurants. Having a restaurant inside is a big plus for us, as well as the choices that are available for breakfast!

The rooms were very clean. The staff were absolutely amazing ESPECIALLY the valet group!!! It was freezing during my travels but the valet guys never missed a beat. Check in/out was quick and easy. Will be a returning customer if my travels bring me back to Hot Springs.

We have stayed a couple of times, and we love it. The location is excellent for walking everywhere on the strip and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. Bridget at the front desk is second to none and we lost track of time talking to her. We went to the bar for a drink and our bartender was so attentive and friendly. It really did feel like home.

All of the staff are so accommodating! Love the free shuttle to and from the casino. Great location, walking distance to downtown and several restaurants. We love the shrimp soup at Picante restaurant across the street. We have stayed here several times and will definitely be back in the future.
