The description says it can host up to 8 people but the springs on the sofa bed in the main room were broken. Down 1 bed. Both sofa beds were dirty with chips and popcorn when we unfolded them. The mattresses of the sofa beds were yellow. The pillows on the beds were old and of poor quality.

I planned a stay for 2 days and the pool was closed for 1st the day and closed early the next day. Our rooms needed to be upgraded... The TVs where older flat screens. I use to go there every summer and it was great but this was my first time since COVID and it was not a good stay for the money I spent. The best part was the check in host Melanie!

Absolutely recommend this place for anyone staying in Hot Springs area! Check in was a breeze, the facility was very clean and amazing. Our rooms were apartment style and the setup was amazing. The kids got their own quarters separate from us. Very safe and quiet area and also is within a 24/hr security checkpoint which added a safer secure feeling. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Great, quiet location and easy access off the highway. Friendly staff and timely support service. The facility itself could use a facelift on the inside with more modern amenities. A coffee maker was available, but mean for a 12-cup pot of coffee, while the stay is for two people. Also, for the rental price, it should not ask for guests to load dishwasher, put the trash away etc. The check out time of 10 am and check in at 4 pm or later should be reconsidered.

Safe location especially for families. We loved the amount of space in the room. It was clean but not overly clean you could tell where things didn’t get cleaned very often. Pictures showed that our shower would be a shower, no tub and we got the combo old version. No biggie until we turned the shower in and water continued to come from both the shower and faucet. The toilet was a nightmare. Every time you turned any water on the toilet would let out this high pitched noise for a while and god forbid you actually use the toilet. Then it would scream for 5 minutes. We left one day and came back late at night and toilet had decided to continuously run and scream. One fix was to turn the water off the other was to get the seal to work on the flap which eventually worked. The bed frame needed to either be bolted to the wall or a new one should’ve been installed because every time we moved it hit the wall you could even tell where they’d patched it before. The staff was friendly and efficient on check in. Easy check out process. Overall our stay was good, there were just somethings that could’ve been better. Beautiful scenery and lots of amenities too.

We were in a basement room with a view of the staircase. Check in is nonexistant after 5. You’re given a 2 page dissertation of rules to sign and drop off,then expected to run a credit card down for incidentals by 8am. Why don’t you consider staffing the place.The carpet needs removed it’s filthy. The tv needs to be properly mounted with the wires hidden and the components on a higher shelf. They are on a sofa table that doesn’t allow the kitchen table to be placed for use. You can’t get to the stovetop or microwave because the tables in the way. Everything worked. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head was too low. It’s pretty tired for the price. Hot Springs Village has a lot to offer. Great restaurants and beautiful golf courses. I think there are better places to stay.
