"Absolute Nightmare – Worst Experience Ever
I have never been so disrespected by a hotel staff in my life. After driving for 9 hours with my family, we arrived exhausted, starving, and desperately needing to lie down. Instead of a smooth check-in, we were forced to wait for over an hour.
To make matters worse, the staff looked down on us and treated us like we were homeless just because we were tired from traveling. The front desk lady was incredibly rude, spoke to me with total disrespect, and then just walked away mid-conversation. After she left, a male staff member came over, but instead of helping us, he walked outside to sit down and chat with a girl.
They claimed they were making us wait because they were still cleaning our room. That was a lie. When we finally got inside, the room smelled absolutely terrible, and the shower gel was completely empty.
We were so exhausted and drained from the awful treatment that I didn’t even have the energy to call management and complain. I just went to sleep, woke up, and left immediately. I will never step foot in this hotel again. They took our money and treated us like garbage. I deserve a full refund. Avoid this place at all costs!"
