L'équipe est toujours attentive au fonctionnement de l'équipement et diligent dans les cas où cela ne se passe pas comme prévu. Nous conseillons à nos clients de toujours nous informer lorsque quelque chose ne fonctionne pas correctement, afin que nous puissions résoudre rapidement et efficacement la situation;- l'hôtel est noté 8,5 par nos clients, il y aura donc certainement quelque chose qui nous démarquera de manière positive, contrairement à ce que vous avez indiqué;- quoi qu'il en soit, nous allons bientôt commencer la rénovation progressive de l'hôtel, afin de le rendre plus moderne, confortable et fonctionnel;- le personnel est noté 9,0 par nos clients et généralement décrit comme compétent. Le 7 septembre, nous avons répondu à votre commentaire concernant le manque d'accueil, car vous n'avez pas fourni d'informations complémentaires.
