"My son was sick and they adjusted my room to a type with bathtub, arranged me to medical center and extended my check out time and sent fish soup to my son. Very considerate and the food was wonderful ! "
"The staffs are nice and very helpful. The room is clean. And the hotel is very close to bus station, you better buy an Easy-link card (for bus and MRT train) first then you can enjoy exploring Singapore. Later if I have a chance I will stay here again. only one thing, I can smell smoke from another room, don't know how the air flow but it just a little bit and not so annoying."

"All staff are really friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious. Soft drinks are free of charge and available in all rooms. The free hotel shuttle is available in a regular schedule for many popular targets in Singapore. I really enjoy with their fantastic services and I will come again for sure!!"
