"Great quality rooms over a really lovely pub - I recently stayed 2 nights at the Sawmill’s as part of a group booking of all 4 rooms as we were attending a local wedding.
Quality of the rooms is fantastic, especially the larger room 1. Great showers, clean nice facilities, fresh & well decorated rooms. Breakfast was also included which was really good food and made the overall cost of stay really reasonable. Would definitely stay again. "

"Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food. "Had a lovely stay at Leworthy Farmhouse, Neil and Kirsty are wonderful hosts. Very family and couple friendly. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been all around the world. Quality produce and locally sourced, the portions were very generous and there was lots of choice. It’s in a peaceful location and once you drive out you have the choice to go into Devon or drive further into Cornwall.
Highly recommend this little gem of a place, it’s like home from home. "
