"Even before arrival, Micheal was in conact with us. We stayed in condo 10. The condo was well equipped facing the ocean, no view but a short walk down the trail. (Pay attention for king tides, turns the trail into a bit of a marsh so wear hip boots). The property is well groomed and maintained. Even in December the grass was mowed and looked healthy. Definitely a money saver to have the kitchen. We were able to cook our own meals and saved well in restaurant spending. The property is pet friendly. There were dog bowls, towels, and even blankets for the fur babies. All in all, i give the Breakwater 10 out of 10 and will make this a regular weekend get away. "

"The stay was great! We had a beautiful view of the ocean, even though it was partial it was still great! We had a minor hiccup but they got right on it, no longer then 5 mins. Me and boyfriend are definitely coming back!"
