"The check in was relatively easy. The room smelled a little musty when we entered but putting on the AC/fan for a bit cleared that up. Rooms are only cleaned every two days which is fine but we needed extra towels so asked the cleaning lady and felt like it was a pretty big deal for her to give them to us. The breakfast is something to eat but not great. It’s a hard 10:00am shut down - doors are closing by 9:59.5 so don’t get caught inside."

"Unfortunately we was unable to enjoy the hot tub or the pool the whole weekend we had to stay in the room very nice hotel unfortunately the pool area was over taken with people playing a lot of music very loudly with profanity while we had little children having a party it’s no fault to the staff but I hope maybe one day they will have security the hot tub capacity is 6 people had about 20 people in the hot tub someone pushed my child on the slipper floor the staff was very nice and apologize...

"It was 96 degrees and humid and the AC is so old and nonfunctioning that even after they moved my room, the AC did not work properly and the room stayed at 78 degrees the entire time. I intend to escalate to Expedia for a refund. I had to find a different hotel for my second night. And the whole place needs a renovation."

"The room was absolutely filthy.. no bugs but disgusting.. sheets were clean but everything else was disgusting. Poor lighting floor was not swept in months. Terrible smell in the rooms air-conditioning didn’t work. The temperature in the room was in the 70s all night did not cool off..All the floorboards were cracked and sticking up! bathroom was filthy and stains all over the couches and chairs I figured because it was a Wyndham hotel it would be decent but they fooled me definitely will...
