Allerdings muss man mit kompletter Skiausrüstung die Straße überqueren, weshalb unsere Erwartung an ein klassisches Ski-in/Ski-out nicht ganz erfüllt wurde. "Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist. Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert.
