"Great service from staff- always helpful and informative. Very clean room — bed, linens, floor and washroom. The room was very spacious too. The breakfast was very good too with lots of options. Very close to T5, just one bus ride away. "

"Given the price and location, I wasn’t expecting a great deal to be honest, however I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and a swift check in and the room was clean and well presented. What surprised me most was despite the proximity to the airport and being on the flight path, I honestly didn’t hear a single plane taking off. My only negative was the fact that I’m a two-pillow sleeper and we only had one pillow each. A minor gripe but not enough to deduct any stars. Overall very pleased with our stay."
