"The room itself was very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, it felt as though the property was closed, which was a little strange. Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. "We stayed here for one night after a day in Winchester. A nice enough hotel, with staff pleasant enough. The room we stayed in was small but well kept. The main issue we had was that the room was that next to a staff run through, meaning doors were slammed constantly. "Our room was like a bake house with no aircon. We had to open all the windows in the room and bathroom. When we got back to our room at around 12 midnight we could not get to sleep until around 2am due to the people in the adjoining room. If we had realised the room was adjoining we would not have stayed in that room. All we heard was laughing and the tv way too high volume. The sink in the bathroom was blocked so couldn’t drain. We will not be staying here again unfortunately."
