Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Slept very well! Room temperature was easy to regulate and we were able to open a window for fresh air. That said -and I hate to be negative - but my husband and I agreed that the love seat in room was likely the most uncomfortable piece of furniture we'd ever sat upon and a coffee table or end table near that love seat would have been quite useful.
