"7 nights stay. Nice location, easy access to all kinds of transits. Lots of restaurants around. Could be a bit overwhelming to access the hotel at the beginning as there are a few entrances, but on the flip side, more convenient if you know the way. Staffs are helpful and professional, especially the house keeping lady. Room is clean and quiet. Very comfy. 👍👍👍👍👍"

"The hotel offers a value alternative to the other chain hotels in Hong Kong. The location is not the most convenient for shopping or nice restaurants, but taxis are always available. The harbor view rooms have been recently redone vs the city view rooms which are showing their age. Also the city view room had a damp AC smell. The hotel restaurant had a nice breakfast and dinner buffets plus an a la cart menu. The major issue I had was when booking a reservation online I accidentally entered the wrong date and clicked confirmed before realizing it. I canceled the reservation and rebooked for the correct dates. After my arrival and speaking with hotel management they refused to refund my $500 USD for the wrong dates!!! I will not be staying at this hotel again."
