"I loved this hotel! We were just outside of Sedona but we were close to a wonderful restaraunt and just a walk to Airport Mesa. The hotel was probably a motel - you park your car right by your room. Our room had a fireplace, the room was clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. Comfortable room and they had an Airsteam as a popup food vendor for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was great."

"Property was nice and was pleasant staying there. It was nice having a good breakfast every morning., I booked this hotel because I thought it was walking distance to restaurants. It was only close to a few."

"Immediately checking in my wife and friends were redirected to a Grand Vacation package for 30 minutes of sales pitches. The pool bar was inactive and to get a drink one had to walk to the other restaurant attached to it but no bartender was present and they were out of liquors for their five drinks. You then had to barge back in for a long walk while scanning your key with two drinks. For a hefty resort fee it would be nice to see the pool bar actually operational. Lastly, we paid for Mountain Views but were met with views of the other rooms."

"Sky Rock was disappointing, to start charging $36+tax daily for parking is ridiculous when you paying over $600 a night on a room There are no elevators so taking two flights up and down on an injured knee was miserable. The outside seating spaces all had glasses and trash from guests that weren't cleaned up for two days. Inside the room the smoke detector had a flashing light that was like a strobe light when dark, maintenance had to put a piece of tape over so we could sleep. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot like a cheap motel and the in room telephone didn't work. I will not stay here again."

"Everything was great except the sleeping arrangements. One bed with 2 unfoldable couches was a challenge for 2 adults with 4 kids. Direct access to the pool, kitchen with all dishes and utensils were a very nice addition."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is nice and close to everything . Unfortunately the staff at the restaurant lied to us which ended our anniversary stay on a sour note. After reading that creekside dining is not always available depending on the season we called to make sure we would sit creekside when booking our anniversary breakfast . The person booking our reservation over the phone assured us we would be able to sit creekside. Unfortunately when we arrived for our reservation we were told they were not seating creekside. Something we were truly looking forward to. We canceled our reservation and left the property disappointed . Not a great way to end our anniversary trip. "
