"The room was clean and decent. They provide breakfast for an extra charge. The facility Is clean and they provide the most basic things you need when traveling. I was nervous about the small elevator. The staff in the cafeteria was very nice. As we had early flights, they packed the breakfast for us. I would recommend those who travel with a budget to stay here."

"Consider when booking this hotel that is the middle of nowhere even though is only a mile from the airport but there is nothing to buy food or anything. Is a very basic hotel. Staff was helpful at check in. The room was very clean and the shower room is good and clean too. But is a hotel to go and sleep for a few hours and that’s it. They charge for parking. £15 the night. They didn’t mentioned that when I booked."

"We had booked a cruise leaving from Southampton. Our flight took us to Heathrow and we decided to stay near the Heathrow Airport so that we could take the Underground from Heathrow Airport to London. So we looked for a hotel near our terminal at Heathrow and the BnB Hotel London Heathrow happened to come up on the Expedia web site. "We had dinner in an almost empty dining room. The meals were served up but no one checked on us during the meal. My partner had no cheese in his burger. We mentioned this at when the plates were being cleared and it was mentioned to the chef and manager but no apologies or no compensation. The coffee sachets in the room used the cheapest coffee possible and it tasted awful. We had breakfast, which was okay but nothing special. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated, and the Club upgrade we paid for didn't feel very luxurious with lots of stains on the furniture, tile chips in the bathroom, a leaking bath, and felt like it hadn't been updated in about 30 years :("
