Staff barely courteous. Room had no proper lighting. Just small bedside lights, a dull LED strip behind the bed and a lamp we had to crawl behind the desk to find a switch for. Fixtures were flimsy. Room was great. Service was first class. Spa area is lovely. Breakfast was really good. Only negative was fact that TV in the room didn’t work and wasn’t sorted despite being reported at reception
