If you are looking for a posh, expensive place to stay...this isn't it. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, friendly lodging at a very, very affordable price...come here!"

"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."

"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. "
