"The air-conditioning situation is a major situation. It's already hot out and to come back to your room and it's stuffy and warm just doesn't cut it. There is no type of maintenance person to fix these things. Although the staff is excellent I want to be comfortable and accommodated for what I paid for. "

"Full of bugs Beds were not usable. Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix. "My stay at this hotel was exactly the relaxing escape I needed. Having the ocean literally right outside my room was incredibly calming, and every angle felt like a postcard. While parts of the exterior looked a bit worn from the balcony view, the interior more than made up for it with beautiful, thoughtful aesthetics.
