"Once we rang the phone number on the entrance door the owner came and checked us in and was friendly the location was good to get around The bathroom had been refurbished so was nice We stayed in room 8 a twin room Be careful of what you need from your stay as no bar or restaurant was open Breakfast left in your room to eat but nowhere to sit and eat it The fridge was old and dirty ( I have pictures) collected dirty water in a tray over night as freezer compartment were broken (photo)...

"Our arrival was admittedly very late - 2.30am. TV in our room did not work at all. The 24 hr Receptionist could not communicate so unable to help about the TV. Breakfast was self service Toast/Strawberry Jam and Cereals. Staff hardly any spoke English.We had to leave very early so no experience of whether the Bar was open or not. Very poor quality hotel so will not ever stay there again."

"Room was nice and clean and the staff helpful. I was able to park close to the entrance. Breakfast (if you choose to include it) was via a voucher for the services and I had a full english to set me up for the day. One thing to be aware of is that Google Maps shows the hotel rooms here as having air-con. This is not the case and is an error by Google. Both the Expedia and Days Inn websites correctly do not show air con, which should be borne in mind if planning to stay in hot weather. That said...

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. "Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84...

"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing. The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat. This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"The property overall was disgustingly dirty !! It needs to be completely gutted and renovated. Nail/toe nail clippings on the sofa bed. All the material on the sofa cushions was tourn and ripped. The pull out mattress also had rips in it. Carpet was thick with animal hair , bed had long clumps of human hair on. Kettle was rusty inside. Spiders everywhere, stained bath and toilet seat. Furniture in the room was falling apart. The horrific smell of animals started at reception and carried on...
