"I got this resort to relax and it did anything but that.
1. I asked for my burger medium to more rare and it was well done.
2. The bed was hard as a rock.
3. The bathtub you pay extra for is very shallow and looks like a hospital shower.
4. I had just worked 25 hours in two days and was exhausted to only be woken up at dawn to a fire alarm and told the staff it even set off my anxiety and they couldn’t be bothered to offer an apology but instead charged me an additional resort fee that was not disclosed. I’ll never stay here again. "

"Everyone there was so amazing. The Hostess was so friendly and inviting. And the owners were also super great. They fixed you a homemade breakfast and it was sooo delicious. And the domed rooms were fantastic with a river view. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Sutton area. All the people there were so friendly and welcoming."
