"This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. "The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Also, the floor made a very loud noise every time we walked, almost like something out of a horror movie."
