Restaurant was closed, bar was closed, carpet was disgusting and loose, room was musty, shower head was loose and spraying out of shower, bathtub drain stopper did not work, toilet seat was loose, fridge door would not close because it needed to be defrosted, pillows were beyond used and very uncomfortable, and could not charge phones reliably because outlets were loose, front desk staff not welcoming and seemed lost. Breakfast staff was very friendly and did a great at job, pool was excellent.

We loved the large open area in the checkin area. Our family played games there both nights that we stayed. It was great having the bar/lounge are as well. Breakfast was quick and tasty. We would stay here again. Needs updating, but we were satisfied overall with our stay.

Clean and quiet place. The pool area was and clean. There seemed to be some renovations happening, but didn't affect our stay. The room was a bit cramped with 2 beds and 4 people. The staff was definitely the highlight. They were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the exterior was being "redone" so when we returned to the hotel after being out for the day, the closest parking lot to the entry was closed. We had to enter on a lower level, and the elevator was malfunctioning, with a warning light and buzzer on. We reported this to the desk, but it was till not working in the morning. So, we had to carry our luggage several floors down.

Staff was VERY friendly. Room could have been cleaner there was food and drinks in the fridge from previous occupants. Grounds are a little nerve wracking overgrown landscaping and surrounding buildings closed down, people loitering in the parking lot just made us feel a little unsafe coming and going. Pool was very clean and staff was nice overall was a nice stay.
