"Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gut gelegen (Haltestellen, Fuß und Wanderwege) und sehr hübsch direkt am Badersee. Die Anlage ist zwar recht groß, doch mindert die Architektur recht gut diesen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und der Balkon bot zusätzliches Ambiente mit tollem Ausblick. Alles in Allem recht zufrieden! "

There is no ac, but we didn’t really need it. There is an elevator.
It is in Partenkirchen, which we just lucked out on being the better choice. It is more classic and quaint.

"Jättetrevlig ägare som kunde rekommendera både restauranger och utflykter. Fina rum, frukosten var väldigt god. Jag som glutenintolerant kunde få mitt glutenfria bröd uppvärmt, ägaren sa att om man säger till några dagar i förväg kan man få glutenfritt bröd annars fanns det ej. Vi bokade med kort varsel så kunde ta med eget bröd. Ligger fint vid bergen.
Fanns tyvärr ingen fläkt så blev ganska varmt, det var lite lyhört ut i korridoren men störde inte så mycket. "
"We stayed at Quellenhof Hotel 3 times during the weeks we visited our son in Garmisch. Each time we stayed on a different floor - every floor has a beautiful view of the Alps! The rooms were always clean. Be careful to adjust the shower curtain just right or water will leak onto the floor. I encourage everyone to stay here! Ask for the bus pass while you stay. Grainau has great restaurants and shops! Beautiful village!"

"This lodging was exactly as the pictures show! Each cottage has everything you will need for a night stay or a week long stay; plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, mini fridge, etc. It was easy to get into after hours with the door code that was given via email the day of arrival, clean, updated, and the views are amazing. Coming from the United States I was concerned about communication with the staff, but they were all VERY friendly, spoke English, and very prompt in email...
