Hoa Hai Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Safe and quiet area ,clean room, air conditioning good, daily breakfast ,the manager ly super professional, helpful and great person.

Great location and they have amazing buffet breakfast and great staffs

It was nearby everything, price was great, ordering food from grab was easy.

Our room was full of small cockroaches that came out at night (so many that I cannot count it anymore). Evening staff can't speak English so we used a translator to speak (this seems strategic). First staff seem to have sprayed only citronella (couldn't understand the label of the bottle but it smelled like it). He described it was insecticide anyway. We left the room for dinner and came back with way more cockroaches than when we left the room with. Since citronella doesn't kill roaches, it only repels insects, hence it just made the roaches came out from their hiding places. We asked for help from the 2nd staff to be relocated to another room but they're fully booked. He and a housekeeper eventually sprayed proper insecticide which seem to have killed most of what was on the floor (we still found 1 on the headboard of the bed). The staff informed us to just call the reception when they come out again. But the phone was not connected (the wire was purposely destroyed). The first staff said they disconnected the phone to avoid guests keep calling to complain at night. So the only way to get their help was to go down the reception. This is so bad as well as you cannot call them in case of emergency. Apart from these 2 big issues, the hotel was ok and decent for the price. You get what you pay for. As a "service recovery", the management only just gave us some coffee souvenir. I highly do not recommend this hotel.
