"Everything are good"

"Overall it was great. The staff are great, and made the experience a good memory. But at the price and with 5-stars, I was surprised to see multiple issues that could be addressed with a little more attention to detail and some basic maintenance. Just a random example is a hairdryer in our room that was obviously majorly cracked and looked unsafe to use. It worked and likely got dismissed by staff as “well it works, right?” For other 5-star hotels at this price, I expect it would get replaced immediately. "

"Great hotel, staff really helpful and friendly. Excellent room and was upgraded to use the executive lounge with free drinks and dinner every evening. Very close to market and war remnants museum."

"Grand hotel is built in 1930, but it's renovated nicely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms areclean and with comfortable beds. Breakfast menu with both local and continental selections."

"Special mentions at Club Lounge for Ngan, Annh, Nam and Quincy. Uyen is one of the best . The Cuban band at Saigon Saigon Rooftop Bar and Theo the manager there is extremely talented. Tri from concierge is also helpful."
