Excellent place to stay. The 3 of us had plenty of space. Everything was very clean, comfy beds and pillow, breakfast was as good as any restaurant and the service was top notch! Everyone was polite and helpful. We will stay here again if in town.

Our room was not up to par the bathroom needs help, the sink faucet moved , the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet made a continuous noise we had to giggle the handle to shut it up. We had a great stay at The Hotel Chalet in one of the train car rooms. It was really cool and I highly recommend - reminded me of how it must have felt to be riding across the British Empire in a dedicated train car. Everything was also very clean and in good order.

Bed was not comfortable. No maid service unless we paid extra $135 each time- safe didn’t open- Location was within walking distance to many attractions

The room was bright and clean. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to Broadway.
