"This was definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was super nice and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot early this morning. My overnight sleep was minimized by the loud people next door who were in and out at midnight. I do realize it’s a Saturday night and they have a really cool waterpark, but some people are just not considerate of others. Having dogs with us made it more difficult because with all the noise, they would bark and wake us up. Overall a great hotel that is convenient to the airport and I would stay there again. "

"The hot tub wasn’t working which was most of the reason that I booked this hotel. There was SO much noise all night (like 9 PM through until 5 AM). There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night. No one from the hotel provided any kind of noise control. Additionally there was a car doing donuts and revving his engine in the parking lot all through the early hours of the morning, which I later learned was actually the hotel’s own maintenance worker. All in all, did not sleep a wink, and everyone else in the breakfast room in the morning apparently had the same experience. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional. The whole reason I booked this hotel and not a lower tier motel was to get some quality rest before an early flight, but the property does not maintain any noise control and their ow employees are part of the problem! It’s a shame because the room was nice otherwise."

"Check in was quick & easy, the property is clean and well kept. The room was quite spacious and was a comfortable stay for our 1 night in town."

"Nothing special offered at check-in. A couple bottles of water are a nice addition. Dirty towels in pool area. Room tidy and comfortable. Breakfast needed restocked, 2 pieces of bacon left, bread area slim pickings, 2 of 4 juices empty, garbage full. Waffles always good! "
