"Loved the hotel and it's location, staff really friendly and helpful and was great to come back from North Sea Jazz and win down before going to bed.
Thought the bathroom arrangement could be better, having the sink outside of the shower cubicle was a bit awkward and could've done with a bit more privacy relating to that."
"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."
"The property is in a perfect location and it’s a nice hotel, modern and well kept. It’s located walking distance to the downtown core, there are many restaurants close by to choose from. My only issue was room design in that there was a huge concrete pillar just inside from the windows in the middle of the room. No pictures of their rooms show this so I would advise that when booking, demand a room without this “feature” when booking."
"We arrived late to check in. It wasn’t clear and easy to get into building. Door was locked and no button to call front desk. Luckily someone eventually walked out. Rooms are small, but comfortable. If you don’t like electronics.l, you won’t like this place. Everything is turned on and off with iPad."
