"Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly.
It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available. "
"The staff were courteous; however, I was disappointed that we were not allocated the best rooms. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unavailable on the floor where our rooms were located, the TV did not work, and one of the bathrooms was non-functional.
