At first glance, the property was nice and the room was decent. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast. They have friendly staff and the food was hot and delicious. However, after the first day my bathroom sink was clogged up and I couldn't use it. And the toilet made a loud whistling noise when you flushed it. There were piles of trash in the hallway and I even saw a couple roaches. I have stayed in worse, but I was surprised since my initial impression felt so nice. A little more maintenance would be a big improvement.

The room was very nasty! We couldn’t even shower as the shower head was disgusting. There were a lot of people just hanging out in front of the property at all times of day and night (I genuinely thought they were homeless). People were in and out of the halls, slamming doors all through out the night. It reminded me of a hostel. The only good thing about this place was the employees. They all were friendly and had great customer service. I refuse to stay near this place again.

10/3/2026 — Disappointing experience: expectations vs. reality The experience was very disappointing. The parking lot was flooded with water to the point that my shoes were completely covered. Unfortunately, that was the only available parking space at the time of check-in. The welcome was also very unfriendly. The front desk staff should have stronger customer service skills, especially because traveling can already be stressful. A warm and friendly welcome can make a significant difference in a guest’s mood and overall experience. The cleanliness of the property was another major concern. The carpets, walls, hallway doors, and room doors were visibly dirty, shower drain was clogged. The mattress was visibly stained, including what appeared to be blood stains, and the pillows were clearly overdue for replacement. Overall, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. Because of the condition of the property, I did not even feel comfortable having the breakfast that was included with my stay. I gave the experience a 1, only because there was no lower rating available. Based on this experience, I would not return and would not recommend this property to anyone. There is significant room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
