"Expedia listing is deceiving as it states under amenities that there is a hot tub/sauna. There is not— it appears to have been filled in. The pool water was freezing. It was hard for kids to enjoy it. When the staff was advised, they seemed to just turn up the room thermostat. I don’t think they understood. Only other complaint was that a member of our party had issues with their TV display and were given very little help. Unfortunately, I think there was a language barrier that prevented any effective communication with staff that was available to assist. Everything else was very nice, cleanly and comfortable. Overall, the location is great and the building is well-kept. With the reasonable price, we’d choose to stay again. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, the room was spotless. The hot tub was great and very relaxing once the 10 year olds went to bed :0)"

"The check in process was easy and the staff was super nice. I usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels so this was a stretch for me. I was not disappointed. It's not fancy but it's clean. The beds are firm, the floors are not carpeted but very nice and the room was a good size with a Refrigerator. "

"The hot tub was luke warm at best. The breakfast was okay but there were not a lot of healthy options. Overall the clientele of this hotel were very sketchy. Smelling marajuna in the parking lot was a clear indication that this is a party hotel. The pool and hot tub were very busy with young families and did not feel like a comfortable place to relax. The staff was friendly but I would not chose to stay in this hotel in the future. "
