"We were passing thru Tucson from Texas,we decided to stay in the Lodge because a few year’s ago we stayed here when we went to 🌵 NP and we loved it. For the second time it did not disappoint. Clean room, nice space for my two kids and husband. Next time we go to Tucson we will definitely stay here!"

"Not their fault, but no AC until 10pm one night and no pro-active compensation. One-side drapery light leak a real drag. "

"Let me start with this I stayed at this location several times before I've always had a great time. But this time around was not that great from homeless people coming in and getting coffee and free food. To the breakfast being my new boiled eggs oatmeal a little bit yogurt. Not great at all breakfast was horrible. From going to the pool and the hot tub not even functioning properly. To my hotel room smelling like dog pee. And the stain in the corner of the room from rain. And the toilet seat being look like it's been used and abused. I won't be staying at this location anymore because of the lack of maintenance and the quality of the facility."

"Disappointed- The property had a large sized recent fire that affected the hot water. No hot water for showers for almost all the rooms. The jacuzzi never warmed up. Staff kept saying it was working but we tried several times. We were told they would move us in the morning if the hot water still wasn’t working. It wasn’t. We insisted on moving rooms. Several people stayed in rooms with cold showers. Later that night, someone tried to open the door while we slept with a key. Very chaotic. "

"I had a good stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. It was a pleasant and easy stay."

"Honestly, it was just okay. The room was clean, so there's that. But the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff wasn't exactly warm — I asked to have my Bonvoy number added and got what felt like an eye roll. It never ended up on my account either, so that was annoying. There was also a door being repaired during my stay, which wasn't a huge deal but definitely added to the "not quite together" vibe of the property. Breakfast was the lowlight. Slow service, and I was actually told not to wait at the counter... that someone would bring my hot meal to me. Spoiler: they didn't. I got up and grabbed it myself."
