The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast (5 euro) was amazing! Very clean rooms and common spaces. The hotel basically has its own (small) but nice beach with azur water.

Anbefales.
Vi hadde et bra opphold på hotellet. Rommene var rene og fine. Ligger helt i strandkanten. Vi trodde hotels.com tok betaling for oppholdet, men vi måtte betale kontant da vi reiste til hotellet. Tror hotels.com kun tok reservasjonen men ikke pengene.

En god opplevelse
Vi hadde et flott opphold på Mare Bed and Breakfast sommeren 2013. Hotellet er et bed and breakfast hotell, derfor ikke den samme kvaliteten som et standard hotell. Men for all del, vi hadde et flott rom. Vil særlig fremheve utsikten. Anbefaler å velge rom med utsikt mot sjøen. Det er nydelig å sitte på terrassen der om kveldene å se utover. Rommet ellers var ok. Grei seng og god størrelse. Badet var veldig lite. Kun dusj i en krok uten dusjvegger, så når man dusjer blir hele badet vått. Frokosten var ok. Men den må du betale for. Koselig plass å spise frokosten på ute. Stranden utenfor hotellet har man alene eller sammen med få andre gjester. Vannet er litt kaldt pga mange undervannskilder, men det er desto klarere og blåere. Himare har et koselig sentrum kun 5-10 minutters gange fra Mare Bed. Her var det koselige spisesteder og butikker.

Aan perfect privestrand met fantastische eigenaren
Het privestrand is perfect. Hotelkamer met fijn balkon, bed en badkamer zijn wat klein. Zeer schoon, mooi uitzicht. De eigenaren doen er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te geven. Wij het vertrek kregen we eigengemaakte cake en flessen water mee voor de busreis.

Flott familieeid hotell med topp service i Himare
Flott lite familiehotell med nydelig frokost, god standard og fortreffelig service på stranden i Himare. Hotellet har liten og fin, privat strand. Behagelige rom, rent og med balkonger. Kort vei til restauranter og fine opplevelser langs den sydlige kysten i Albania. Egen parkering.

Best hotel in Himare, ALBANIA
The hotel was exactly as described on hotels.com. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, practically private beach, outstanding view from the balcony (seaside view). Parking lot is rather small but there are no problems with taking your car away. The hotel is clean and quiet. Perfect location - 24h opened gas station with shop, best restaurant in the town and beach bar are 400m away. The center is itself quite close with a range of a 7mins walk.

right on the beach
this place is fantastic., it is more like a small hotel than a b & b . the building was new, clean and modern, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. it is right on the beach (no road between even) and you can walk straight off the property onto the beach. rooms were very clean, aircon good, with fridge, towels, etc. balconies not too big, but big enough for a couple to sit on the tables and chairs provided and relax over a glass of wine. internet worked well. the owners were very helpful, we were the only people staying at the hotel who had breakfast included in our price so he offered to deliver it to our room in the morning. when i saw him in the morning he then offered to serve it downstairs, practically on the beach as our balcony was in full sun at the time. what a way to start the day, just beautiful. tomatoes straight from the garden with our own personal table with a lovely view of the ocean. they also helped us with the bus tickets for our onward traveln (not an easy thing to work out in albania) and the owner was even up at 6am to make sure that the bus picked us up and we were away safely. albanian hospitality at its best and the accommodation was in a lovely spot, where the beach is clean and a little quieter than up the other end of himare, however there are still shops and restaurants nearby so you don;t have to venture far for food. highly recommend this hotel. from a well seasoned traveller.
