I love the beach view and the balcony. Nice staff. Very walkable to a lot of restaurants and the beach. And good spread for breakfast buffet. 1 thing I didn’t like: the loud music that kept me up until midnight. I chose Himare because according to my research, it’s quiet and less parties. I guess it wasn’t the case during my stay.

Clean and centrally located. Great view. Nice staff. Noisy (street noise and music), small and overpriced by about by about 2-3x its value compared with the surrounding area. Stay at a 5 star hotel for a couple more lek.

It is a boutique hotel that I would describe as 2 star. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is so small they put the wash basin in the bedroom, the shower is a drip, the bed and pillows are like concrete, and breakfast is distinctly average. The location is wonderful with views across the sea (if you chose the sea view rooms, obviously) but that means you are up all night to the sound of loud music and drunk tourists. Oh, and if you drive, you have to park a 300 metre walk away . The only positive I can say is that the staff were lovely. And all this for €150/night and they had the cheek to charge extra for coffee at breakfast! We stayed in far better hotels in other parts of Albania for €60/night. This felt like a rip off.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Variety of food. No parking on site or even outside. We found a 24hr parking spot 7 mins walk away from the hotel. Good location close to nearby bars and restaurants, although it can be quite loud with music heard to the rooms. There is no sound proofing, you can hear all doors, foots steps, knocks as it’s just concrete building. Given it’s a boutique hotel, the rooms are tiny but with a huge balcony. Almost doesn’t seem well designed. My husband is 6ft tall and his feet were hanging over the bed. We only stayed one night and felt that was enough for a stop over.

We had a fantastic time in our stay at Gio R boutique we spent a couple nights the breakfast was exquisite the location where the hotels located. It’s right across one of the best beaches in all the area there are food options galore the general downtown area is 100 feet from the hotel And the whole hotel staff made the stay one of a kind.

The facility would get 5 star for location, cleanliness and staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). I have to particularly commend the staff. They were consistently helpful.

Perfect small hotel! It's a 30 second walk down the road to the main promenade with the beach and restaurants. The hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use at the other beach a 2 minute walk the other direction for free. The rooms were adorable and the balcony sea view was phenomenal!

This beautiful hotel has an amazing location. Across the street from the beach, minutes away from two bus stations, with several dining options nearby. Great breakfast to get you up and enjoying Himare and the surrounding areas.
