Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
Booked 6 months out, called to confirm a poolside or oceanfront room, instead was given a room outward facing towards the parking lot near the elevator. Had to ask for conditioner 3 times before it was filled.

Hyatt Regency Savannah
Couldn’t eat breakfast there becuase it wasn’t safe for celiac. Being charged an extra 30$ a night without knowing in advance was disturbing. Didn’t use any of the extra that were included in the 30$. Having a fee for paying the parking fee that was already ridiculous was absurd!!

Wonderful resort with wonderful staff! The only thing I would recommend is more lighting in the room since you can see into the room from the outside. The sunlight would have brightened the room but I didn’t want everyone walking by seeing us. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay ...
